The difference between electro-galvanizing and hot-dip galvanizing?

Hot-dip galvanizing, also known as hot-dip galvanizing and hot-dip galvanizing, is an effective way of metal anti-corrosion, mainly used in metal structure facilities in various industries. It is to immerse the derusted steel parts in the molten zinc melted at about 500 °C, so that the surface of the steel components is attached to the zinc layer, so as to play the purpose of anti-corrosion.

Electrogalvanizing, also known as cold galvanizing in the industry, is the process of using electrolysis to form a uniform, dense and well-bonded metal or alloy deposition layer on the surface of the workpiece. Compared with other metals, zinc is a relatively inexpensive and easy to coat metal, which is a low-value anti-corrosion electroplating layer, which is widely used to protect steel parts, especially against atmospheric corrosion, and for decoration.
